Our primary focus is offering hormone replacement therapy to women who have completed childbearing. This includes women in menopause or non-menopausal women who have permanent contraception (e.g. tubal ligation, an intrauterine device like a Mirena or Paragard IUD, or their partner has a vasectomy). The hormones offered include pellets, patches, creams, and many types of compounded hormone therapies. 

Additionally, Sandi is educated in the fundamentals of functional medicine. If you desire this be a part of your treatment plan, she can help you get to the root cause of your symptoms and fix the problems "upstream", rather than only giving medications to treat symptoms. We can do this through generous appointment times, specialty lab testing, diet and lifestyle guidance, supplements and medication as needed.

• Serum bloodwork by Quest or LabCorp (typically covered by insurance)
• The Dutch test by Precision Analytical - a more in-depth view of how your hormones are being utilized in the body
• Genova Diagnostics GI Effects Stool Profile - advanced testing that provides immediate and actionable clinical information about your gut microbiome
• Genova Diagnostics Food Antibody Assessment - measures both IgG and IgE antibodies for 87 foods, as well as testing for spices, regional inhalants and molds 
• Genova Diagnostics Metabolomix – a unique combination of nutritional tests that provides an analysis of key nutritional biomarkers. A first morning void (FMV) urine collection, with optional add-on bloodspot finger stick and buccal swab, the Metabolomix+ nutritional test is a non-invasive, patient-friendly way to assess the functional need for antioxidants, B-vitamins, minerals, digestive support, fatty acids, and amino acids.
